All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
2. Estimated Shipping Times
Delivery times vary based on your location and the origin of the product. Our current estimates are:
- United States / Canada: 7 to 15 business days.
- Europe: 10 to 20 business days.
- Rest of the World: 15 to 30 business days.
Note: These are estimates. Factors such as customs clearance, postal delays, or high-demand seasons may slightly impact delivery times.
3. Shipping Rates

4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number. You can use this number on our “Track My Order” page to monitor your package’s progress.
Please note: It may take 2 to 5 business days for tracking information to update in the system.

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Berd Store is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
6. Multiple Packages
If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages at different times. This is because we work with various suppliers to ensure you get the best quality for each item.
7. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Berd Store is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
